But we recognise that not everyone loves a breakfast meet up, and that an hour of great conversation is never really enough. So we\u2019re now offering a breakfast session with added extra all day co-working! Discussion covered:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">There are different things we call policy &#8211; \u2018big P\u2019 policy is the government position or intent on an issue, including manifesto commitments. Small \u2018p\u2019 policy includes civil service processes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Policy and digital have different approaches and vocabularies &#8211; but they often have the same aims, and they&#8217;re often talking about the same thing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Digital can potentially help government move from designing policy on paper to something more dynamic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">But we don\u2019t always get things right in digital. They had wise words for everyone who is delivering or improving services for citizens: \u2018We need to be brave, respect experience and expertise, and create space so that we join up services for citizens.\u2019<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Feedback on the day<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\">We asked delegates if the day had helped them to better understand inclusive design.
