OneTeamGov North breakfast - now with all-day co-working! Come and meet new people and work from a different office for the day.
OneTeamGov North run breakfast meetups once a month (on the third Tuesday) for anyone who's in public service in the North of England.
We talk about whatever the group wants to talk about on the day, using a lean coffee format. Lean coffee is a really simple way of having good conversations - everyone can suggest something to talk about, we all vote, rank, and then talk.
After the breakfast session people are welcome to work from the office and keep conversations going with others delivering public services in the North.

The monthly OneTeamGov North West meet-up is a friendly and informal chance to meet and catch-up with other people in and around government and the wider public sector. We used to hold these monthly at venues around Manchester, but are now running the meetups on zoom on the first Tuesday of every month.
Everyone is welcome to come and participate in our discussions about how we can get things done to make the way that government (including local authorities and health services) works better. We are warm, friendly, open and inclusive. The format is usually a light touch Lean Coffee style (https://leancoffee.org/) which means that everyone gets the chance to raise topics for discussion and/or participate as much or little as they like, with breakout rooms if there are a lot of us.
The theme includes planning for an in-person meet-up in Manchester.

Civil Service Live unconference from OneTeamGov where you set the agenda and you have discussions.
It is an unconference which is an simple way of bringing a diverse range of views together to create change. There is not an agenda set in advance - it's generated by you and what you feel passionate about. Everyone who attends will have the opportunity to propose a session so if you have something that you want to share, that you want to discuss with others, then this is the session for you. Maybe it's about; structure and process, how you changed your view of risk, how to ask questions before jumping to solutions, how you learn and grow, how you have taken time to work with others beyond your immediate team, or something else.
Whatever your role or discipline - we believe everyone has a session in them - but if you want to come along and join in a session as a participant, that's fine too.
Register to attend: Civil Service Live

Digital, Comms, Policy, Operational - different teams all have our own and different ways of working.
This month's theme is to look at experiences and issues we've had navigating those boundaries, and any tips to get the best out of cross team relationships.
