This extended session features a special HM Revenue & Customs showcase of the exciting transformation work taking place at the HMRC Digital Delivery Centre in Shipley.

We start the site visit at 9 am in the HMRC Digital Collaboration Zone with our regular light touch Lean Coffee style of meet-up that means that everyone gets the chance to raise topics for discussion and/or participate as much or little as they like. Attendees can then learn about what HMRC Digital teams are working on and how they are doing it through various discussions and presentations. As the UK’s tax, payments and customs authority, HMRC is going digital and this means changing how they deal with customers as well as how they work internally.
